That Virtual Sky

as i lay satisfied

i peer into that virtual sky

quantized stars twinkling in binary code

i ask myself:

what do i see?

as if i do not know the answer

this view is one i have seen quite a bit

one i try to re-embrace to reassure my mind

that things are big and vast and grand and deep

in which i seek answers while asking the Great Questions:

“How much of all of this is there?”

“What am I supposed to do about it?”

“What is it all for?”

“Why should I care?”
